The Solution

RS Talent Solutions became an extension of Rostrum. The Talent Solutions team was the first port of call for developing job descriptions, nurturing talent through the recruitment process, training hiring managers on the interview process, identifying outstanding candidates, managing other recruiters and coordinating the recruitment process.

Reduced time spent of screening CV’s as well decreasing number of irrelevant interviews. Higher concentration of focussing on relevant candidates thereby reducing their interview to ratio from 6:1 down to 3:1.
