Alpha was founded by experienced banking professionals with the aim of creating effective training solutions that accelerate the growth of early careers talent and generate high-performing teams and success in the financial markets.
They’re a dynamic and energetic team. Through their expert, global team of corporate training specialists, they deliver customised, experiential and innovative training programmes that teach, develop and inspire the best talent.
Their roots are in the UK, with a successful office in Singapore, and further offices being developed in New York and Abu Dhabi.
Alpha Development were looking to make a large amount of continuous hires over a period of 18 months. Including 5 senior Leadership hires. All hires would span across UK, North America, Middle East and Asia.
Whilst they had a HR Manager in place, they knew the recruitment task was a large one and needed to allow the HR Manager to focus on other large HR Projects. They also wanted to hire a HR Director to help them establish more robust people policies and practices to aid the high growth phase and beyond.
As a result, Alpha Development tasked RS Talent Solutions with not only filling a large number of hires, but also advising and implementing internal practices which would allow Alpha Development to build their very own internal talent function that would be fit their future growth.
