Their product portfolio ranges from soft skills training, psychological analysis and awareness and training consultancy and more. They are now entering another period of exciting growth and are seeking a business development executive to join their expanding team and drive their training solutions to greater success.

The responsibilities of the business development executive will be varied and autonomous. You can expect your typical days to include:

Generating and following up on leads
Cultivating relationships with both potential and established clients, building rapport and interesting them in your training portfolio
Tailoring bespoke training solutions that match up to your clients needs
Visiting and negotiating with clients up to board room level, closing deals with both SMEs and corporate FTSE 100 companies

The ideal candidate will possess a number of traits. You will:

The role of the business development manager will be varied and highly autonomous. You can expect to involve:

Generating new business and following up on leads generated through marketing / online campaigns and referrals
Sell the ecommerce software directly to the retail sector as well as manaufacturers and wholesalers
